For the past two years, María Gabriela Huertas Díaz has been an integral part of the GCI Team as a Senior Associate. She has worked on marketing, technology, and Fellow engagement, and has truly helped to shape the GCI community into what it is today.
Following the hurricanes in her native Puerto Rico last year, María Gabriela has decided to work on her own Glocal Service Project to help rebuild her home island. While we are excited that she will remain with GCI as a consultant, María Gabriela's focus will be shifting to providing much needed support back home. Please help us wish María Gabriela the best on her next endeavor!
Happily, the wonderful Maya Kinsman has joined our team as an Analyst. Maya's role encompasses a range of responsibilities, particularly in the spheres of technology, social media, and Fellow engagement. Maya recently graduated from Hunter College in New York City, after studying in Beijing, China for a full academic year under the Chinese Flagship Program. She is thrilled to be part of a team and a community dedicated to fostering global citizenship!
