This is a friendly reminder that applications for the GCI Fellowship 2018 are due this Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 11:59 EST.
We encourage you to nominate a potential Fellow and/or start your application soon as the process requires ample preparation.
We are looking for students with global leadership potential who want to make a positive difference in the world and meet the following eligibility requirements:
Age: 16 -18: Applicants must be between 16 and 18 years of age as of July 27, 2018 in order to attend. Our focus is on rising high school Sophomores and Juniors (10th and 11th grade).
English Proficiency: The Fellowship is conducted entirely in English and requires a high level of proficiency in the language. If an applicant's native language or his/her school's primary language of instruction is not English, the applicant will need to submit TOEFL scores as part of the application.
Availability: Applicants must be able to attend the Summit in its entirety, from Friday, July 27 to Saturday, August 4, 2018, as well as devote at least several hours a month to developing a substantial and sustainable Glocal Service Project in collaboration with individual Mentors from August 2018 to April 2019.
