Our second GCI Talks featured Dr. Allan E. Goodman, CEO of the Institute of International Education (IIE), for a conversation on why international education should begin in high school. Dr. Goodman is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and serves on the selection committees for the Rhodes and Schwarzman Scholars and the Yidan Prize. He also serves on the Council for Higher Education Accreditation International Quality Group Advisory Council and the Board of Trustees of the Education Above All Foundation.

The third GCI Talks webinar featured Dr. Linda A. Hill, Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School and chair of the Leadership Initiative. Dr. Hill has been a guest speaker at several of GCI's past Summits, as well as a member of the Board of Directors. She discussed her book, Collective Genius: The Art and Practice of Leading Innovation, which explores how great leaders of innovation create the context in which others are both willing and able to innovate.

Our fourth GCI Talks Webinar featured Dr. Hiroyuki Fujita – Founder and CEO of Quality Electrodynamics (QED) and Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Ohio State University – for a conversation on authentic leadership. A professor, author, publisher, Board Member, philanthropist, businessman, industrialist, and innovator, Dr. Fujita shared lessons learned from his leadership experiences across numerous fields including higher education, medicine, and business. Dr. Fujita's vast experience and insights have given him great wisdom about the type of leadership the world needs today and the challenges that leaders need to overcome.
